What to Bring with You
The Walk-In Clinic accepts most insurance plans available in Lubbock and the surrounding region, including Aetna, Blue Cross, First Care, Medicare, Team Choice, Unicare, and United Health Care.
When you visit the clinic, please bring the following items:
- Your social security number
- The social security number and birthday of the rewponsible party (spouse, parent or child)
- Employer information for the patient and responsible party
- A complete list of current medication and dosages
- Also helpful to bring: copies of medical records (if available), including test results related to current medical concerns
