Al Sneed, M.D. | Family Practice
Dr Sneed is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr Sneed is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and has practiced in Lubbock for many years. He is especially committed to helping his patients prevent colon cancer and enjoys taking care of patients with lipid disorders, diabetes and depression.
Dr Sneed’s passion for advancing the role of information technology in medicine has been an inspiration in the development of Grace Clinic. “One of my joys as a physician is problem solving. The opportunity to help create a wonderful care environment for my patients, while streamlining the operational aspect of medicine was something I always felt was critical to promoting patient-physician relationship.”
Dr Sneed’s personal interests include building furniture, photographing Lubbock beautiful skies, computer technology, piano and music as well as creative writing. He and his wife Iris have two children.
