Chetlen Crossnoe, MD, PhD | Family Practice
Dr. Crossnoe is a native of Lubbock and a graduate of Abilene Christian University. Dr. Crossnoe received an M.D. and Ph.D. from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Crossnoe’s Ph.D. is in the area of Computational and Structural Biology and Molecular Biophysics. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
While attending ACU, Dr. Crossnoe met and married his wife Connie. Connie is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and now practices as an independent optometrist at Crossnoe Optometry in Lubbock. They have three children.
